My favourite food is Pilav because I can cook and eat it. Pilav is a Uzbek`s national food. There are made of rice, carrot, onion, meat and so on. They softly melt in our mouth and each has unique taste. When I was a child I can`t eat pilav. But one day pilav looks very delicious. After that time Pilav become my favourite food. I enjoy eating pilav because it is delicious and simple. Mother often make pilav it taste sweet and light. My family also love the pilav. The most important pilav is good for a people`s health.
