For a long time, these words had the meaning: if you are informed, you can take active actions. One of the authors of the phrase is Francis Bacon, who said, “Knowledge is power”. But these days, in the period of active development of information technologies, these words have a new meaning: we are not
passive; we play an active role in the development of the new age. We can see the first steps of the new age in the development of information technologies in all parts of human life.
